BNYM is not the Guarantee Trustee however.. LBHI is the Guarantee Trustee unless US Bank has taken over as the Guarantee Trustee.

I remember that too, and I do remember reading it in a document somewhere as well.

The prospectus of the N's and M's say that there are 5 trustees, two of which are JPM and Chase (Chase is the Delaware trustee), the other 3 are Lehmans employees.
