NeoMedia cannot raise $10M even if the board was so inclined to waste shareholder capital. Their debt instruments strictly forbid them from borrowing any place other than YA. YA isn't about to lend them capital right now considering NeoMedia is a condition for default on current debt.

So your oft repeated plan is not possible.
