Where in my post did I state that NEOM violated the QP rules.

If you didn't mean to state that by issuing partnership PR's they were issuing releases of a financial and thus forward looking (your words "increase revenue") nature then I apologize for misunderstanding what I thought was fairly clearly stated in your message. If that's not what you were stating what exactly was the point of this comment?
