Like I said before the company has to issue more shares to keep alive. He will be able to buy back many shares when all of the settlements come in. Right now he is in the stay alive mode, waiting for the courts to finish off Playboy. I don't care if it goes to 6 or 8 billion just as long as they keep distributing beverages and finally get settlement.
