Considering you were around during the last 4 months of last year, you definitely should be more well informed.

The company diluted only once in Oct (I believe it was ~30 million shares) during the last 4 months of 2012.

Dilution slowed to a halt.

No Preferred stock issued during the 4Q 2012.
