No way, especially for mines that are as old as these. Currently the mine I work was put in Care and Maintenance in June. We are currently planning on 2-3 months of rehab just to bring it back up to production.

Ask Mr. Fearn how long they worked on the North Star Mine (one of the mines cgi has under lease) before they finally threw in the towel and walked away. I seem to recall 2-3 years of full time work on it without finding anything to mine. This mine had been closed for years and was suppose to have tons of reserves. A lot of money and time for nothing.

If a mine need permitting, an EIS takes 5-7 years for filing and review, not counting the time before to gather the data, etc.
