Delinquent filing. This mis-management is just another sign of how awful Igor and his crew really are. They will never change. This time isn't different.
Now, I do not think they Baltia ever fly, but lets pretend that they did. They have an obvious problem with crossing the T's and dotting the I's. Will people show up for their flight only to realize a pilot was never scheduled? Will people hop on board only to realize they forgot to stock food for the flight? Worse, will they forget to fill up the plane with fuel and crash into the ocean halfway there? You could not pay me enough to risk booking anything with them....if, imagine that, they actually succeed.
