In regards to your "email"

The past 16 months they went from 1.5B to 9B shares. Annualized that is around 400% dilution!

Assuming they can maintain 50% growth YoY for the next couple of years, they would have to cut dilution 8 fold (to 50% a year) just to match their dilution to their growth.

2013 - 105m net O/S 10 million
2014 - 150m net O/S 15 million
2015 - 225m net O/S 22 million
2016 - 375m net O/S 33 million

Your "email" assumes:

#1 Dilution is cut from a blistering 400% a year to "only" 50% a year
#2 They can maintain 50% a year growth
#3 They will trade much more than 1x sales

Sorry man, but the greed is too much here.

I would love to hear your thoughts otherwise to prove me wrong.

What do you think their plan is? What would yours be?

Some people end up end up being rookies their entire life...simply because they never learned anything!
