The 7,000,000 shares registered for Aspire is hopefully a worst case scenario. Aspire has committed to purchase a maximum of $10,000,000 worth of shares. If the purchase price averages say $3.33 per share when bought, there will only be 3 million shares sold to them.

Also, 1.3m shares that are in the treasury will be cancelled next February after the final payment to George Evans of about $.20 a share.
