A very large shareholder you write. The question is, what do you understand under a very large shareholder. 85 % have been financed out of Europe through Regs Deals. The rest of 15 % has been financed - I would the assume within the USA. I with all efforts cannot locate " as you write" a very very large shareholder.
If you take those Terms you would have to agree with me, this shareholder would have had to file the 5 % - have not seen any. The largest shareholder on the list who did a filing is with 3 % and I can assure you, he is not working with an attorney.
