its a building and I believe that Sigma has suite "C" in that building. what I feel comfortable with is that unlike most all other important PR's with any major company such as GE, coming from most other OTC companies the major never PR's the deal, and GE pr'ing the venture and having it on their website is a big deal in my opinion.
