As I read the documents on BMC's website, the U.S. Trustee held the scheduled 1st Meeting of Creditors and Debtors but had to continue it until Sept. 3rd because the Debtor (AgFeed) did not furnish up-to-date financials, whereupon the UST filed a motion with the bankruptcy court objecting to the sale of assets, and many other objections, until these necessary financials are provided and the Creditors have had a chance to review them and question the Debtor.
