Can't tell until November 2013 what the settlement was?

A press release did finally come out, there was a settlement, but the details are confidential.

It looks like we will have to wait until the 10Q for the 2013 3rd (ending date September 30, 2013) gets filed by the company. Then we can see if there was any revenue and how much revenue. The release of the 10Q may not happen until November 15, 2013.
