This hasn't moved on the news because we haven't gotten the news yet. The run-up to $3.80 in a heartbeat was because the Pacer came out and people saw 20.9% and thought the RR had been issued. Now that there is still the possibility of Google having a workaround, people are holding steady and there has not been a short squeeze. I think that initial flash run-up in price shows just how quickly this stock will move when/if we finally do get the ruling we expect.
Oh, and no one here thinks that VRNG will get paid from Google for 10 years, the patents are only good through 2016.
