they are the only ones getting a dividend from the share sales I assume, plus they have ample of insurance being preferred share holders lastly the warrants are for very short periods hence low risk. Most importantly like always the conditions of the warrants a secrete only the two parties know the terms.....dilution dilution is written all over.
