Could be more than 75 cents. If they all know something in the JDZ and want to buy ERHE then that means they know something they ain't telling us which values ERHE potentially for more.
If Offor's price attitude of north of $5 never changed, then I can see how they demanded a Kenya and/or Chad.
You remember when Bovell tried to do a smoke screen on us saying that he never said Offor said that...and yet the youtube videos said otherwise as some here revealed.

So maybe, we're talking some really big money. On the other hand stock options vesting at 75 cents for a month does seem to have a price target of $1.
Interesting how they picked this number...a number which stands at TEN TIMES where we are now. No one does that unless they are supremely confident...but what would give them that confidence when the cash account is so low?
let's say Offor wants his whatever, $5 or $1, whatever it is...
Here's how I imagine the conversion:
Offor: JDZ is good. I want $5.
SNP: No.
Offor: Ok. $1.
SNP: No.
Offor: But $1 is good deal.
SNP: No.
Offor: Why not?
SNP: We know what's in JDZ and we not tell.
Offor: I tell.
SNP: No. You have confidentiality agreement.
Offor: Ok. But I want nothing less than $1. Won't budge.
SNP: We value ERHC at $.87, how are you going to make up the rest?
Offor: I get Chad. I get Kenya. Need big money for Chad though.
SNP: Don't worry. I talk to Chad.
Offor: If you can talk to Chad, then why do you need us?
SNP: We don't want Americans knowing what we are doing. What better disguise than using an American Company to get our properties.
Offor: Gotchya. I'll go spank Ntephe out in the wood shed for smiling too much.
