What is this previously owned land? I only saw the two deals that have not been done yet. They still have to develop the 90 acres from the ground up, and the 9 acres is partially developed (according to the 8k). I read that these properties need to be bought.

So what is this PMAP owned land?

And I agree that the letter could have a good effect for some companies. This could DEFINITELY be one.

If they can start making the $130k/mo from the 9ac campus by inking the deal this side of the New Year I'm going to be happy. IF they break ground on the 90ac this year.... I think I'll be chasing a runner.

The Fed is still a threat to everything and FINRA putting out that letter after AG Holder's statements make me think they are going to go after securities fraud/racketeering cases.
