I would think the shareholders of bgmo would be informed of the outcome of the SEC investigation thru a formal notice just like the one issued when they suspended Bergamo from trading. Surely they wouldn't leave us hanging with no news of their findings. I fully expect to eventually hear a clear answer to what they have found and how shareholders stand.
