Do not know how you arrive at your conclusions. $1.30-$1.50? I don't think so. Been strong support every time the PPS has been knocked down. People in the know are accumulating on every dip, otherwise the PPS would be tanking. Wait for the good news, and be surprised at where the PPS ends up. JMHO!
