Yes. Many companies raise capital by way of a rights offering. I have personally taken advantage of this and it was quite rewarding by doing so. Companies ask the common shareholders to participate, in return the shareholders also benefit. I felt that the company was extending value to the current shareholders for sticking there neck out.

Your missing the whole point. It was not who it was offered too. It was the deep discount. He was saying that we would all like shares at a 15% discount. By the way there are countless companies who allow public participation in their debt. It's called the bond market.

If you have these kinds of sales you should be profitable. That would attract money. It's a company that almost went belly up due to mis management and Frost saved Brad's behind. They made some management additions that have been really good and relegated Cory to Twitterland. They have great sales number and have improved margins yet can't break even and don't even plan on it for another 18-24 months.Glad for you making some short term cash but what's so great about their future plans??
