Agreed 10 times earnings or 1 times sales is a guess!!! Actually I have done some of my own DD, and based on the fact that the market has not responded to this news, I believe there might be some truth to it!! Google bought more time, and what I was told is $100,000,000 / year buys alot of programmers and lawyer to agree they have a different mouse trap now!!! This recurring revenue might not last even close to 10 years!
Time will tell, but one thing is for sure equity markets are efficient, and if money was really coming soon, it would have shown up in the PPS this week.
