there is literally nothing to "pass". the whole thing is such an inconsequential matter. They just demand a small fee to change some supposedly faulty wording in the SEC document. There will not be a trial, or even a lawsuit, since IMUC will pay their little a##hole fee and nothing else will happen.

judging by todays price action, the investors who got scared were very few. Most investors know about Faruqi & Faruqi and of their disreputable way of making money.

Thanks to their little sham of an "investigation" I was able to pick up more shares at 2.71
