Smart thinking! We are building up support in the high 20s. I bought in June for .46 per share. Stuck with it this whole time and still patiently waiting for the uplisting (fingers crossed).

Keep in mind Susman Godfrey and Tribble have tons of money tied up into this. For lawyers TIME IS MONEY!

Tribble is, if not the top IP lawyer, he is one of the top 5 in the country. SG and Tribble knew what this whole process entails, and the amount of time they would be investing in DD, Motions, hearings, and eventually if needed a trial.

That is a HEAVY investment on their part. They know WDDD has the goods, and then on top of that WDDD is seeking WIllFULL INFRINGEMENT that is a judgement escalator/multiplier. ATVI isn't just fighting WDDD they are fighting SG/Tribble and the deep pockets they bring to the table, they are already heavliy invested in the outcome of the MM. I can only assume they aren't willing to just walk away and throw all of that away...so until I see some form of capitulation, or desperate moves by Team Tribble..my confidence in the eventual payday that is WDDD will not be shaken....
