Back in their 10-Q for 3/31/13 they mentioned MeetMoi. I did some dd and research and it looks like they issued them a $600 note (which is convertible into 500,000 shares) for what looks like was a settlement of a litigation. I am guessing that MeetMoi sued them for infringement of a trademark and they settled.
