I've been wondering how to tell if the registration has finally been approved by the SEC and they can start dumping them.....I don't think there is anything official.......I think the company just gets a letter from the SEC and away they go......

Really curious if there is anything definite that would tell one when the shares are starting to be sold.......volume jump?.......z
