I would not wonder if VSTa has been also contacting SEC....while others still try to make us believe BGMO and VSTA are closee 'friends'. Whatever one might say about VSTA, its burning rates etc., it will be a terrible reputation for VSTA to deal with a criminal pennystock which is suspended and might be delisted/deleted in near future!
