They had multiple low stars removed.....fact....and look at the dates of the posts.....and the syntax....MDHI...of course there's no incontrovertible proof.....but it's obvious.

Don't forget....there's.no.medipendant.in.any.costco.stores....That would be a game changer.

appalled, great post. I couldn't agree with you more! Funny how a ton of great reviews could be presented as a BAD thing!? How silly is that? Perhaps MDHI has a good product that customers like! Perhaps Medical Alarm Concepts delivers excellent customer service to their customers! Imagine that! Now that the reviews are being discussed on this board, I wouldn't be surprised if someone stages a BAD review. It happens. And as far as any reviews being deleted; that only happens when the review is proven to be made up, or clearly coming from a competitor. Costco can track the poster and they know if the person posting the review actually purchased the product or not. Costco know what they are doing and I'm happy that Costco is selling Medipendant!
