When Herzog did this VSTA release he miscalculated the timing of a SEC reaction. He was hoping that people would push BGMO up again before any suspencion of BGMO. Of course Herzog did know that this suspencion will come one day....a liar knows that his building of lies will not keep forever. Amazing that he still does not give up even he and BGMO is in the deepest mud now. Poor character!
