It is true that Mr. Reid apparently speaks with a select few and true he says nothing of secret, insider or breach of the SEC regs but there is plenty of acknowledgement he is alive, well and working hard to right the wrongs done as well as grow KMA Global Solutions. And no one knows why the silence but it must have to be....

Exactly museman, this is a gamble and very risky move. Not for the weak at heart or for someone who is afraid to look fear in the eye. Patience is key here as some are better at it than others. Kmag

You are expressing sentiments probably held by many

The alternate thinking is that every time Jeff Reid has made a public announcement in the last year it has been met with a barrage of negative commentary by a hostile publication and concurrent name calling. If he is actually trying to rectify the damage done, he may be holding off all news until the well documented criticisms have all been addressed

Reid is so concerned about negative posts on one internet forum of many, he's afraid to release news to his suffering stockholders? Well documented criticisms? All Reid has to do is release a PR stating he has received a Termination Notice from the SEC closing the investigation. Release another follow up PR stating the time frame for an audit, 10-12G and S1 filing. It has nothing to do with documenting past criticisms does it?

But those supposedly in contact with him don't appear to possess any inside information. Furthermore, what information they may get from him eventually filters down to us.

Agreed, it is extremely unlikely Reid is communicating anything which constitutes future material events. There is nothing to filter. Which leaves the question: If Reid isn't communicating about miracle R/Ms, buyouts, past 211s, then where are these rumors coming from?
