man our boy Niesse is really plugged in so is Mr. Grossman, I really hope they never put out messages that I read in the last couple of days that now appears to make them look silly. They better come forward with some positive news.

no, the original due date this time is August 14, not Aug 15 b/c July has 31 days (total =45 calendar days after end of reporting period which was June 30, 2013). So 14+5 days, today Aug 19 is last day of filing extension. Question is how long is last day? I thought until 5PM EST but maybe TF is right, they may have until tomorrow 8AM EST to file online. I knew this was discussed a few quarters ago but can't remember how late it can be.
