I was a fool and I got caught

You're not alone bud and don't feel bad. The OTC market is known to reel in newbies like yourself especially on P&D. But since you bought in already, you might as well stick around and wait for the excitement to appear.

FACT - Maxam is NOT part of the P&D scheme. A third party investment firm called "MicroCap Innovations" are responsible for this scheme. They should be tried in the court of law. Unfortunately, That's not going to happen. Sad to say - Money buys politicians.

Maxam on the other hand has NOT issued a single share during the pump. The only way to find out the truth is through their filings that will soon be out. As of of now, folks are ASSUMING Maxam is a SCAM but not towards the firm that paid for these promo which was a total waste. I'm talking about $24,400+ paid to promoters that barely caused a dent in the PPS...lol. However, it manipulated guys like YOU to buy-in for them to Hedge your trade.

FACT - Maxam is in the process of exporting Gold out of Nicaragua from the Coco Rio concession. The tailing are being extracted and processed as they hold 102,000 ounces of gold (102,000 X Gold Price = Value). Depending on how well their equipment and logistics goes. Lets say on a average scale, it would take 4-6 months to get a full operation going which means. They're hitting close to the 'Motherlode'. IMO, update by September or early November.

As for the buying program. Its in progress as we speak. IMO its temporarily for revenue stream and most importantly funding for a NI43-101. That's a HUGE factor. Maxam main revenue stream would be from the Coco Rio concession BUT. They need to build a trust with Charles Hays 'FIRST' in order to build their main facility to create an efficient, productive, and stable logistics like other big mining companies (B2GOLD for example). Main facility + 43-101 = NASDAQ $2.50pps (Note: R/S may occur)

Short-term: Revenue updates = .01-.03+ (Minimum = .0065)

Stay tune. Maxam will prevail...
