This also ends the "they can't afford a farm", the "they can't rent a farm because the owner would demand too much up front money" and the "they can't rent a farm because security would be too much of a problem" arguments!

Thank you. It's nice to have something based on real evidence rather than an observation that would be true even if the conclusion derived from it was false.
I've learned on this board it pays to be very careful to sort out precisely what the evidence and distinguish that from the concussions and inferences drawn from it, some of which have at times not been really supported by the evidence claimed to.
What has been presented as if it was fact has all too often turned out to be assumption.
