Everybody knows that the most important factor in success of small company is excellent management. It is sometimes very difficult for investors to determine quality of management and it becomes necessary to take assessment of others in position to know. Oncobiologics would never have formed a major strategic partnership with Viropro unless convinced Viropro now had excellent management. Unlike small retail investors, Oncobiologics was in position to make this essential determination. Excellent management is the rarest commodity; but without excellent management; there will never be success.
