You're quoting from MAY which is an eternity in the penny trade -- when the price was 10X what it is now? Trying too hard reflects badly on the stock.

HOWEVER as I pointed out there was a promo this Aug. 6th by Blue Horse Shoe noting that once PPS reaches .0006 it's ripe for a run, should hold though meanwhile the sharks have dragged it down. If the bottom feeders don't manage to nab their 2's with complicity of some MM's will MOVE.
