The stock has to go way past 20 cents for that to happen because nobody converts a 20 cent warrant unless stock price is higher. That's a double from here.
That is also not what Mike James told you imho.....every warrant and stock option does not get exercised instantly just because the stock price reaches 20 or 25 cents. The people holding the warrants and options have to exercise them before any shares get issued and the stock price has to be higher than 20 to 25 cents. Now maybe he told you if every single option and every single warrant is exercised what would the shares outstanding be. That's more believable.
