They set the app up to use PayPal and Apple requires you to use their payment setup, so they had to remove PayPal and install the Apple setup, nothing more.

Bjones is accurate. They went back and forth and it should be truly any day IMO. As to how long after approval until it gets put in the apple store...anyone's guess is as good as mine. Jeff should be ready to hit the START button on marketing once in the store.
Great things to come in a very short time frame IMO.
