Furrow isn't looking at things from a legal POV; but he's one of Google's witnesses with respect to code, which is the issue--hence JJ ordering Google to show the code to Vringo so they can give it to their own experts...and yes, the code/system is what's infringing Lang's patents, however it's not limited to one or two particular aspects.
