i'd say even if they felt they didn't need to disclose in an 8k, where is a patent application. i would figure they would submit that to the courts.

In Furrow's declaration he says removing the filters did not impact the bottom line so there is no need to file anything with the SEC and I already offered my opinion with regards to filing for a new patent in posts #41189-90.
