It is so bad that they don't use smoke and mirrors any more. They just use mirrors. The highly touted turbo flame thrower cyclonic boiler assembly was scraped for the phoenix set up that is at least three times the size. this eliminated a lot of the claims of a compact unit. The condenser setup did not work and had to be increased in size so the only viable product at that point was maybe the WHE and it is still in the emergency room. All this BS about price point means nothing. How about some relationship between KW and cost? To simple I suppose.
