Spacehead you obviously didn't read the entire filings for 2011', it states many times the private placements that took place when Ron and mdhi were running out of cash. They stole the shares for nothing due to Ron being a desperate man. Joe Noel still has tens of millions of shares locked and loaded ready to dump into any decent bid and he is always the lowest market maker on the ask.
