Thank you but actually I wanted to know why a public company would choose to incorporate in Oklahoma or to redomicile there.

Although I'm aware of why public companies choose states like NV, DE and WY, I'm unaware of any specific advantages to being incorporated in OK and was hoping to get some insight here.

A company I follow just redomiciled from CA to OK.
