There could be a problem with that company/stock. The NV SOS states:

If the business entity is a publicly traded company, the business entity must list its Central Index Key.

Unlike Digilava (DGLV), OTC Markets shows a CIK (# 0001419275) and the company can be found via Edgar:

I have no answer why the required CIK is missing. Perhaps it is an oversight by the officers in neglecting to list the CIK.
I strongly suggest calling the company and the NS SOS to inquire about the missing CIK.

I would caution against ignoring the lack of a CIK for a NV public corporation just because of this one example.
