looks as if they are selling product...I fully back the decision to delay launch until the website platform are 100% functional..there is no one else doing anything like the Synergy Platform and with an great product line in place this will be a profit generator...the stock option is a great way to raise capitol without borrowing at a high interest rate..or giving up a percentage of the business to a venture capitalist.
506 stock offering isn't targeted at the ihubbers IMO. OTC and Ihub are mostly flippers who won't lock up money for a year.
The true target investor is the network marketers who haven't invested any money yet and new elite distributors who don't even know Accubrite is a publicly traded company.
They need to launch first before they start looking for money IMO.
