I agree, IMO CIRC is in a much better position today and going forward than when I brought my first shares last year. At that time I knew this wasn't an overnight play. Did I get pissed at the CEO at one point? Yes I did, but when I saw the answers to my questions like (are they still distributing the drink? What is the current Share Structure? What are plans for bring in revenue and repaying debt?) It might not look like he was doing anything for us because we were in the dark for awhile. I have learned a lot here. If you really think about how far CIRC has come since they won the first win you may think differently about the CEO and how he has handled things. He is leading the fight of a major battle and he has lead us into 5 wins against PB. He has made plans to repay the debt and looking at the 10Q you can see they are in fact paying it(with restricted shares) he has also brought the revenue up a lot since that first win( just read the last 10Q and compare to the past 10Q's) I think time will reveal who CIRC CEO is as a person and CEO. I am giving him a little slack and letting him show me what he has planned for CIRC and so far I like what I see. We aren't the same these are just my opinions and how I look at CIRC CEO. If you feel differently that's ok let me know why and we can talk about it.

I can't agree more. I had 5 million shares in December when the judge lifted the bankruptcy. I profited nicely at that time and sometime later on the pullback bought back in. I'm down about 50% from my high right now but I own triple the shares I had in December. I'm comfortable with what I own right now. In addition to 5 million shares my girlfriend has, we are loaded and ready for CIRC to EXPLODE! Obvious where I think CIRC is going, up up up. Financials looked great for first 6 months of this year and I expect the next 6 months to be amazing with PURNRGFX working with CIRC. Time to get some settlements worked out, pay off YAG and watch CIRC stock price go up where it belongs, in SILVERLAND! JMO. I feel a lot will happen over the next 6 months to a year.
