This 8K pretty well spells out that there is an agreement on financing.

The above 8K didn't move the price up like the first 8k about the group from the Marshall Islands. There really isn't anything the company can say till they have money deposited in the bank and don't forget VHGI is under the watchfull eye of the SEC and the FBI.

We don't have long to wait. We get funded in the next couple of weeks or we get a symbol change. VHGIQ

Yes, terrible investor relations. I'll be cutting my losses soon enough just based on lack of communications.

They could be telling us a lot to help the share price, yet do not. The shitty thing is the recent share purchase by the CFO, which has me questioning what is really going on behind the scenes. (I would have dumped all my shares last week if it wasn't for that purchase).

As far as trusting other DD that has been posted on this board; It may be helpful, but this is penny land, and if IR won't answer my questions, I find it dubious that they seem to be candid with others.
