How can we know that Heddle is not a disguised pirate? What makes you think that he is putting the interests of the shareholders above his own? And why should anyone blame him if his primary motive is self-interest? No one else was willing to risk more than $3 million for the assets, control and warrants.

Pirates get a bad rep. :)
