I have no problem with voicing negativity, and I know I have. Certainly, I am not opposed to shareholder activism either.

But sometimes, one must take a step back and evaluate the motives behind the negativity in order to assess the validity of the negative opinion when factoring it into any investment decision of any kind.

If the motives are not really about shareholder activism to assist ERHE in making improvements and are instead about making money in a short position, then I have to take pause.

I don't mind if short sellers have negative opinions either, because I think short sellers play a vital role in the market place and provide liquidity and assist in pricing the shares better. Their negative opinions could not be reflected in the share price if they did not short...and they should be and they should short.

I'm all for it. But when the negativity is for purposes of sabotage...then I'm against it.
