how do one extrapolate the reference to the active video case xlt? it appears that jj gave active video 40% of what was considered to be the profit from their use of the patents which was $6 and change for each subscriber which is where jj came out with $2.74 per subscriber. so wouldn't that be a 40% royalty or am i seeing this wrong? with that in mind if that is correct 7% here would look like no big deal for jj to award, no?

Google should just purchase Vringo for $1 Billion and secure all the patents! That would only be about $10 per share!
