Middy, you did not address CEO Peter N's comparison to Houdini or his ability to jump. however you are probably right in that Peter is not faster than a speeding bullet or stronger than a powerful locomotive.

You say you know dozens of small exploration companies in Africa.

Please name them.

Of those that you name, please name the ones that endured the type of unfair scrutiny that ERHE did with the DOJ investigation followed up by several letters exonerating ERHC years later?

And of those that you name, please name the ones that are publicly traded so we can see how their share price performed as a relative benchmark to ERHE.

You state as fact the following:

Fact of the matter is most of those other companies got their blocks faster and they also did something with them faster too.

Please list companies which have gotten their blocks faster and did something with them faster. Africa Oil, the ONLY company I can think of which trades publicly, has had its share price gone up and stay up, did its thing in 18 months. ERHE has plenty of time.

Finally please clarify words like "difficult time raising capital" because for me that is vague...is there a company anywhere which has no difficulty raising capital? I can't think of a single one. Raising capital is always difficult...people don't just give money away without some scrutiny.
