I like your posts....the CAFC will do the "Bahama Slow Down" in order to get parties to settle....even if it takes no action from them for years....The judge is dancing to the boss' instructions, going from hip hop to the waltz.

The best thing he has done is give clarity to the % that we all have been wishing for.

Settlement seems the best option unless GOOG is prepared to follow up on their "bluff".....VRNG is most probably well prepared to prove it.
